The public website uses no cookies

The public pages of createweb.es do not install cookies on your device: neither their own nor third-party ones. We also use no analytics tools, tracking pixels or any other technology that collects information about your browsing.

That is why you will not see any cookie banner when you visit us: there is nothing to accept or reject. What we do on our own website is what we recommend to our clients whenever possible: fast, clean, privacy-friendly websites.

Client area: technical cookies only

If you are a client and log in to the client area (createweb.es/clientes/), we only use the first-party cookies that are essential for access to work and be secure. They are only set when you log in and are not used for analytics or advertising:

PHPSESSID: keeps you logged in while you use the client area. It is deleted when you log out or close the browser.

REMEMBERME: only if you tick "Remember me", so you do not have to type your password again on that device for 14 days. It is deleted when you log out.

__Secure-mercure_access_token: lets chat and ticket messages reach you in real time, without reloading the page. It is only used by the createweb.es real-time server and expires after 8 hours.

These are technical cookies needed to provide the service you request, so they do not require consent (art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI).

Links to external sites

If you click an external link (for example, WhatsApp or the websites of the projects in our portfolio), the destination site may use its own cookies under its own policy, over which we have no control.

Changes to this policy

If this site were to add any other cookies in the future (for example, analytics), we would update this page and, where required, ask for your consent through the corresponding notice.
