What data we process and how we obtain it

This website contains no forms that send data to our servers and uses no tracking tools. The "Your website in 3 steps" form works entirely on your device: pressing the button opens WhatsApp with a drafted message that you decide whether or not to send.

We only process the personal data you voluntarily provide when you contact us via WhatsApp or email: your name, your phone number or email address and the information you include in your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data exclusively to answer your enquiry, prepare the quote you request and, where applicable, provide the contracted service. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request and, once the service is contracted, the performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

We do not use your data to send you advertising, nor do we share it with third parties except where legally required.

Retention

We keep the data for the duration of the business relationship or open conversation and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (for example, for tax purposes where invoicing exists).
