Data controller

The controller of the personal data you provide is Sangar Computer SL, with tax ID (CIF) B84414796 and registered address at C/ Velázquez 4, 06420 Castuera (Badajoz), España, Spain. Contact: info@createweb.es.

What data we process and how we obtain it

The public pages of this website contain no forms that send data to our servers and use no tracking tools. The "Your website in 3 steps" form works entirely on your device: pressing the button opens WhatsApp with a drafted message that you decide whether or not to send.

We only process the personal data you voluntarily provide when you contact us via WhatsApp or email: your name, your phone number or email address and the information you include in your message.

Client area

If you are a CreateWeb client, we give you access to the client area (createweb.es/clientes/) with an account that we create for you. For this we process your name or your company name, your email address and your password, which we store encrypted and never in readable form. To protect access against fraudulent login attempts, we keep a record of failed attempts linked to your email and IP address for a limited time.

We use this data to give you access to your client area and provide the contracted service (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and to keep access secure (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR). If you ask to reset your password, we send a link to your account email. The account is kept while you are a client and deleted when the relationship ends, except for data we must keep by law.

Support, chat and virtual assistant

In the client area you can open support tickets and write to us through the chat. We keep what you write, the files you attach, our replies and the time we spend on each ticket in order to provide support for the contracted service (art. 6.1.b GDPR), for as long as you are a client and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.

The chat is first answered by Laura, an artificial intelligence assistant, and you can always ask for a person from our team to reply. To answer you, Laura uses what you write in the conversation and the account details she needs (your name, your services, your renewals, your invoices and your open tickets). For this we use the Anthropic service (Claude), which acts as data processor and does not use this data to train its models. If you ask us to, we link your WhatsApp to your account so that you can see in the chat what we talk about on WhatsApp.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data exclusively to answer your enquiry, prepare the quote you request and, where applicable, provide the contracted service. The legal basis is the application of pre-contractual measures at your request and, once the service is contracted, the performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.

When we write to you

We only write to you on our own initiative if you have given us permission. There are two separate permissions, and you can give one, both or neither.

Follow-up of your enquiry on WhatsApp: when you ask us for information or a quote, Laura asks whether you are happy for us to write to you on WhatsApp to send it and follow it up (for example, if we have not heard from you after a few days). We only use it for that enquiry. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

CreateWeb news and offers by WhatsApp and email: it is optional and only for clients. You can give it when you create your client area password or in "Preferences", inside the area. If you do not give it, we do not send you advertising. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR and art. 21 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI).

We record when and how you gave each permission. You can withdraw them at any time and free of charge: by writing "BAJA" (or "STOP") on WhatsApp, from "Preferences" in the client area or by writing to info@createweb.es. If you then write to us, we will still answer.

Retention

We keep the data for the duration of the business relationship or open conversation and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (for example, for tax purposes where invoicing exists).

WhatsApp communications

If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, the communication takes place through the WhatsApp platform (Meta Platforms), which will process your data under its own terms and privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them on the WhatsApp website.

On WhatsApp you are first answered by Laura, an artificial intelligence assistant, which uses the Anthropic service (Claude) as data processor. A person from our team can read the conversation and continue it at any time, and you can ask to talk to a person whenever you like.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to info@createweb.es, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
