Who provides the service

CreateWeb is the brand under which Sangar Computer SL (CIF B84414796, C/ Velázquez 4, 06420 Castuera, Badajoz, Spain; info@createweb.es) designs and publishes websites and provides the related services: domain, managed hosting, support and customer loyalty for businesses.

These terms apply to CreateWeb clients and to their client area (createweb.es/clientes/). Our services are aimed at professionals and companies, who hire them for their business.

Quote and contract

Every job starts with a written quote, with what it includes, its price including VAT and how long it is valid. When you accept it, we prepare the contract with those details and both parties sign it electronically.

The accepted quote and the contract set out the specifics of each job: what is done, the deadlines, the prices and the renewal. If anything in these terms differs from your contract, the contract applies.

Your client area

We create the account and you choose the password with the link we send you by email. It is personal: do not share the password, and let us know as soon as you suspect someone else has logged in to your account.

In the client area you can see your quotes, contracts, services, renewals and invoices, and ask us for support. We may deactivate access if it is misused or when the relationship ends, letting you know beforehand except in urgent cases.

Support and communications

Requests and incidents are reported from the client area (tickets and chat), by WhatsApp or by email, and are handled on working days, Monday to Friday.

The chat and WhatsApp are first answered by Laura, an assistant with artificial intelligence, and you can always ask for a person from the team to reply. Anything Laura tells you about prices or deadlines is for guidance only: what counts is your quote and your contract.

Service notices (quotes, contracts, invoices, renewals and support) are sent by email to your account address: keep it up to date. We only send you news and offers if you give us permission, and you can withdraw it at any time from «Preferences» in your client area.

Prices, payments and invoices

Prices on the website and in quotes include VAT. They are paid by bank transfer, when the contract says. We issue an invoice for each payment and you will find it in your client area.

Renewals

The domain and hosting are hired for one year and renew for one-year periods. We email you before each expiry date with the renewal price, which is paid in advance. If you do not want to renew, let us know at least 30 days in advance.

If a renewal is not paid on time, the contract applies: we may suspend the website and, after a while, the domain may become available to others.

Content and use of the service

You are responsible for the texts, photos and data you give us, and for what is published on your website complying with the rules of your business. The service may not be used for illegal content, unsolicited bulk email or activities that put the server or other clients at risk.

Liability

We provide the service diligently and take reasonable measures to keep your website available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. The limits of liability are those in your contract.

End of the service

When the service ends, and provided you are up to date with payments, we give you what you need to take your domain and your website with you, as the contract states. Your data is handled as explained in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms or the privacy policy, we update the date of the page and ask you to accept them again the next time you log in to your client area. Changes do not alter what you have already hired: your contract applies to that.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disagreement, we will first try to reach an amicable solution; failing that, the parties submit to the courts that have jurisdiction under the law.
