Do you maintain websites you did not build? +
Yes. We first run an initial review to assess its state, then propose the right plan. If the website is badly deteriorated, we will honestly tell you whether renewing it makes more sense.
How many changes per month are included? +
It depends on the plan. The basic one covers occasional content changes; higher tiers include development hours for new sections or features.
Is there a lock-in period? +
No. Maintenance is month to month and you can leave whenever you want. We trust you will stay for the service, not the contract.
What if my website goes down on a Sunday? +
Critical issues (site down, security problems) are handled outside business hours too. That is what maintenance is for.
