Where do bookings reach me? +
In the app and on your WhatsApp: personal or business, whichever you prefer. From there you confirm, move or cancel them.
Can I drop the booking app I use now? +
Yes: with our app you run your diary, bookings and customers, and you also get your own website and WhatsApp promotions. We help you make the switch.
Can I send the promotion to only some customers? +
Yes. You can send it to everyone who agreed to your messages or just to some, for example those who have not been in for a while.
What if a customer does not want more messages? +
They opt out with one tap and get nothing else. We only message people who agreed.
Who pays for the WhatsApp messages? +
Your barbershop, directly to Meta at its official price, with your card. We charge nothing per message. If the customer writes first, replies within the next 24 hours are free; a reminder costs about 2 cents and a promotion about 6. The dashboard shows the cost before sending.
Do I need a computer to charge and invoice? +
No. With the printer and invoicing extra (+€10 a month) you charge and print the receipt or invoice from your phone. If you have a PC, you can also do it from there.
Is there a minimum term? +
The first month is free so you can try it with your customers. The sales rep explains the terms on the call, with no small print.
